Identify problems:

•  Over 300 vendors offer products on market, space is limited

•  Open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m Saturdays from 5 a.m.

   to 3 p.m. year-round.

•  In addition, an array of independent local businesses can be found on Market

   grounds and in the surrounding Market District.

•  Too crowded for customers Limited parking

•  Minimal signs

•  Lack of  ow

•  Finding different type of goods easier
